Question Number  1:   Please provide a copy of the sign-in sheet for all attendees at pre-proposal conference.

Question Number  2:   RFP, Page 9, Item #6, Financials - please confirm the Company's financial audited statements are not the included in the 50-page proposal limit.
    Answer:   Financial statements are not part of the 50-page limit.
Question Number  3:   RFP, Page 11 - Evaluation Criteria please provide weighting to each of the evaluation criteria categories (i.e., is Cost 30% of the total potential points, etc.).
    Answer:   The weighting of the evaluation criteria will not be disclosed.
Question Number  4:   Sample Contract, Article 4.01, Compensation will the City allow the Contractor to submit for review, with supporting financial impact, for reasonable approval if the daily billable hours are reduced by ten percent (10%) or more?
    Answer:   The successful proposer may negotiate this with the City.
Question Number  5:   Sample Contract, Article 4.03(f)(7), Employee Parking please confirm parking in the authorized lot for employees who do not participate in the RTD Transportation Program is complimentary .
    Answer:   Yes, parking is provided at no charge to the contractor.
Question Number  6:   Sample Contract, Article 6.02,(A), Office Space please confirm office and/or storage space provided by the City is at no charge to the Contractor.
    Answer:   Yes, office space is provided at no charge to the Contractor.
Question Number  7:   Sample Contract, Article 7.14, Training - please clarify if the requisite training is billable to the City under the negotiated hourly rates structure.
    Answer:   Approved training is billable to the City under the negotiated hourly rate structure.
Question Number  8:   Sample Contract, Article 7.19, Vehicle Use is there a minimum number of vehicles required by the Contractor to support the operation ?
    Answer:   The minimum number of vehicles required is 1.
Question Number  9:   Sample Contract, Article 9.03, Performance Surety please confirm no bid (proposal) bond is required by the Contractor at the time of proposal submission.
    Answer:   No bid bond is required.
Question Number  10:   Sample Contract, Article 11.01(B) Wage Increase for Employees The Sample Contract mandates Taxi Starters receive annual wage increases tied to a specific CPI calculation, with a maximum annual increase of three percent (3%). If the CPI is negligible or low (i.e., <2%), which impedes employee retention and recruiting efforts, would the Contractor be free to increase employee wages as it sees fit as long as the hourly billable rate was in accordance with the CPI and 3% maximum increase provisions?
    Answer:   Employee wages can be increased as long as the billable hourly rate does not change beyond the CPI and maximum three percent (3%) increase.
Question Number  11:   Please supply the current staffing schedule with pay rates. Please have the schedule account for all open positions as well (not filled positions).
    Answer:   Refer to flydenver.com web site for document titled "Miscellaneous 1" that shows Taxicab Starter schedule. Individual wage rates for the employees is not available. Current billable rate for starters is $22.09 and for supervisors is $23.66.

    Answer:   This information is not available.
