Question Number  1:   The Cost Proposal Worksheet requests hourly rates that are in effect for the term of the contract. The term of the contract is left blank in the Sample Agreement, and the Request for Proposal RFP letter (page 4) gives a “scheduled duration of approximately three years.” Can DEN give a better definition of the contract term in order to provide the best pricing? Would DEN consider rate increases if the contract term is extended, or does DEN prefer that pricing consider the costs during the potential extension?
    Answer:   Pricing should be calculated based off a 3 year contract term. If the contract term is extended, DEN will consider rate increases.
Question Number  2:   The RFP (page 4) gives a “scheduled duration of approximately three years.” Is the Contract term 3 years, or is it more/less? Are there additional options for extension, and if so, how many and what are the duration of these options?
    Answer:   The contract will be for 3 years with an option to extend for 2 years.
Question Number  3:   Is Attachment 5, Cost Proposal Worksheet (RFP page 27) to be included with the proposal narrative, or should it be provided separately? If it is to be separate, how many flash drives of the Cost Proposal Worksheet are required?
    Answer:   Please provide Attachment 5, Cost Proposal as an extracted document from the Proposal Narrative on the same flash drive.
Question Number  4:   Page 11 of the RFP lists 9 evaluation criteria. Are there weightings assigned to each of these criteria? If so, please provide the percentage weighting of each.
    Answer:   Yes, there are internal weightings to each 9 evaluation criteria sections. However, the City will not provide the weighting the Proposers are encouraged to do their best in responding to each section.
Question Number  5:   Page 7 of the RFP notes that proposals shall be printable on 8.5x11 paper. Are 11x17 pages permitted for illustrations, and if so, would those pages count as one or two in the page count?
    Answer:   Please note 11x17 pages will be accepted and count for 2 pages.
Question Number  6:   Page 7 of the RFP requires font type and size of Times New Roman 12 point. Will you allow a different typeface and size for headings?
    Answer:   Yes. However, it must be legible
Question Number  7:   Page 7 of the RFP requires font type and size of Times New Roman 12 point. Will you allow a different typeface and smaller font size to be used for graphic illustrations?
    Answer:   Yes. However, it must be legible
Question Number  8:   Please confirm that all required Attachments are considered “City Required Forms” (RFP page 8) and are not included in the 40 page count.
    Answer:   Attachments 2 through Attachment 6 are considered the “City Required Forms” and will not count towards the 40 page limit.
