    Answer:   Using Harris MobileVue / Harris OpsVue
Question Number  4:   Would it be possible to name the three greatest challenges the DIA is having with the current solution?
    Answer:   The challenges that were experienced were: customer service department that at times is slow to respond, slow technical enhancements, and price.

    Answer:   Runway sensors, Part 139 software to be selected by DEN (in contract negations now).

    Answer:   Web based software/Windows/IOS

    Answer:   Travis Krabbenhoft
Question Number  9:   Does the Department anticipate any professional or consulting services may be needed to accomplish this effort? (i.e. project planning/oversight, PM, QA, IV&V, staff augmentation, implementation services etc.)?
    Answer:   No
Question Number  10:   What is the length of the contract that will be issued by City for support and software licensing?
    Answer:   Three years with the capacity for two, one-year extensions.
Question Number  11:   In a previous question the City indicated operating systems to be Web/Windows/iOS. Can you provide further clarification with regards to operating system for Desktop Licenses and for Mobile licenses?
    Answer:   Mobile licenses will need to be able to run on iPads, any mobile phone available in the US, and Microsoft Surfaces using current software. Desktop licenses will be used on windows 10 or later. A web based software solution is preferred over any installed software.
Question Number  12:   Can the City provide estimated dates for Oral Presentations, Contract Award and desired start date of services?
    Answer:   Desired date of service is 28 January 2019. Interviews are anticipated to take place in fall and the contract award in beginning of 2019.
Question Number  13:   Is there a MBE or ACDBE/DBE goal requirement for this procurement? If not, will consideration be made for proposals that include such participation?
    Answer:   There is no MBE or ACDBE/DBE goal.
Question Number  14:   Can the City GIS system provide the selected vendor with ESRI Shape (.shp) files? or is there another format provided to satisfy compatibility with this requirement.
    Answer:   Yes
