PARKING MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Description: The Department of Aviation for the City and County of Denver is requesting Proposals for the purposes of selecting a firm(s) to provide parking management services for the public parking facilities at Denver International Airport.

Proposals Due: Proposals in response to the RFP will be due no later than 2:00 PM, LOCAL TIME, JANUARY 11, 2008 (Addendum #2) and must be submitted to Nathan Jones, Denver International Airport, 8500 Pena Blvd., Room 8810, Denver, CO 80249.

Pre-Proposal Conference: A MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at 2:00 PM, LOCAL TIME, December 10, 2007 at the Elrey Jeppesen Terminal Building (Main Terminal), Denver International Airport, 8400 Pena Blvd., Denver, Colorado 80249-6235, Level 6, Southwest MOD, Behind the Public Service Credit Union.

Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Participation (ACDBE): Department of Transportation (DOT) 49 CFR Part 23 applies to this Project and will be incorporated into any agreement entered into as part of this selection process. It is the policy of DOT and the City and County of Denver to ensure non-discrimination in the award and administration of DOT-assisted contracts. Proposers must fully comply with the ACDBE requirements of Part 23 in proposing and performing hereunder.

The Director of the Division of Small Business Opportunity is authorized to establish project goals for expenditures on concession contracts let by the City and County of Denver. The specific goal for this project is 30% Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE).
