Description: The Department of Aviation for the City and County of Denver is requesting Proposals for the purposes of selecting a firm(s) for a new common use system and replace existing components and additional systems and locations as defined.

Documents Available: Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be available on the DIA Contract Procurement website at www.flydenver.com/contracts beginning April 23, 2008. Click on the RFP link and you will see this project listed with the RFP documents and attachments available to download.

Proposals Due: Proposals shall be submitted to Nathan Jones at Denver International Airport, 8500 Pena Blvd, Room 8810, Denver, CO 80249, in the form of a compact disc (CD) containing a single pdf file no larger then 30 MB and shall be submitted no later than 2:00 PM, LOCAL TIME, JUNE 3, 2008. (Addendum Number One)

Pre-Proposal Conference: A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at 10:00 AM, LOCAL TIME, MAY 1, 2008 in Trailer #2, located within the DIA South Campus at 27301 E. 71st Avenue, Denver, CO 80249.
