NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
TWO FOOD/BEVERAGE CONCEPTS
DEPARTMENT OF AVIATION

The City and County of Denver, Department of Aviation, has issued this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the following opportunities:
Brewery-Themed Restaurant (Westin Hotel)
Regional Fast Casual (B Gates Center Core Food Court)
These concession privileges as described in the RFP’s are offered on a non-exclusive basis to the traveling public, airport employees and other airport users. The term for the Brewery-Themed Restaurant is 10 years; and 7 years for the Regional Fast Casual concession.
All proposals for these opportunities must be received by 2:00 PM local time on Thursday, February 12, 2015 and delivered to:

Proposals received after this time will be rejected by the City.
The RFP’s and other related information are only available on-line at http://business.flydenver.com/bizops/proprfp.asp beginning December 17, 2015. All questions and answers will be posted at this website. It is the responsibility of the proposer to frequent the site often to obtain current information regarding these opportunities.
PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE AND SITE VISIT
A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference explaining both of these concession opportunities will be held on January 13, 2015 beginning at 9:00 AM, in the City Conference Room, which is located on Level 6 West of the Jeppesen Terminal building in the northwest corner of the inner core at Denver International Airport, 8400 Peña Blvd., Denver, Colorado 80249. At this conference, City representatives will explain the opportunity. To ensure transparency, the City DIA Concessions will not answer any inquiries about these RFP’s.
A site visit will be conducted immediately following the pre-proposal conference. This will be your only opportunity to visit the concession spaces. All parties attending the site tour, if not already badged at DIA, must pre-register with security clearance information in accordance with the instructions as detailed on page 3 of the RFP document in order to attend the site tour. Please arrive at the Airport Office Building 45-60 minutes prior to the commencement of the pre-proposal conference to obtain your visitor’s badges before proceeding to the City Conference Room.
Proposals will be evaluated only for those proposers who meet the minimum qualifications as set forth in the complete RFP document. Qualified Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (ACDBEs) and/or qualified Small Business Enterprises (SEBs) are encouraged to apply for these concession opportunities. An ACDBE goal of 33% has been established for each concession opportunity.
The Chief Executive Officer reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities and technicalities, to re-advertise, to provide the services, or to otherwise proceed in the best interest of the City and County of Denver. The Chief Executive Officer may, at her sole discretion, modify or amend any and all provisions herein.
