Staff Augmentation and Consulting Services

Denver, Colorado May 31, 2016

Description: The Department of Aviation for the City and County of Denver desires to contract with a qualified vendor who can provide additional staffing for the various marketing, communications and creative positions listed in the RFP Scope of Work for the immediate timeframe and possible additional positions in the future.

Documents Available: Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be available on the DIA Contract Procurement website at http://business.flydenver.com/bizops/rfp.asp beginning May 31, 2016.

Proposals Due: All proposals must be sealed and identified as to content and be received by the above-named Denver International Airport Office not later than 2:00 PM, LOCAL TIME, Monday, July 11, 2016. Proposals received after this time will be rejected by the City and returned to the Proposer unopened. Proposals shall be valid for 90 days after the deadline for delivering the proposal.

Pre-Proposal Conference: A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at 10:00 AM, LOCAL TIME, Friday, June 17, 2016 in the City Conference Room, located within the Terminal, Level 6. At this conference, City representatives will answer questions regarding this RFP, including any written questions submitted to the City prior to the conference. The City will not answer any telephone inquiries about this RFP. Written questions are due by 2:00 PM, LOCAL TIME, Monday, June 27, 2016 and shall be submitted to Cristina Lopez via Email: contract.procurement@flydenver.com in WORD format or in the body of an email (not pdf). All questions and answers will be posted on the DEN Contract Procurement website at http://business.flydenver.com/bizops/rfp.asp following the deadline for submittal of questions.

In the event the City desires further information or clarification of the proposals received, the City may, at its option, elect to interview one or more of the Proposers.

Minority Business Enterprise and Women Business Enterprise Participation:

The project below has been reviewed by DSBO and it has been determined that it is not subject to the DSBO Ordinance and therefore will not have an M/WBE goal assigned.

While the work performed under this contract is not subject to the DSBO Ordinance, the Director of the Division of Small Business Opportunity encourages all participants in City projects to seek independent partnerships with SBEs, MBEs, WBEs, and other business enterprises in supply chain activities, prime/subcontractor partnerships, and joint ventures for all contracts and purchase orders.
