REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

PROFESSIONAL AVIATION AND AIRPORT SERVICES ON-CALL

CONTRACT NO. 201630656

Denver, Colorado October 5, 2016

Description: The Department of Aviation for the City and County of Denver is requesting proposals for the purposes of selecting a firm(s) to provide Denver International Airport (DEN) with professional Aviation and Airport consulting services. Projects range in size and across categories, and consultants will be utilized on an on-call basis.

Documents Available: Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be available on the DIA Contract Procurement website at http://business.flydenver.com/bizops/rfp.asp beginning October 5, 2016.

Proposals Due: Proposals in response to the RFP will be due no later than 2:00 PM, LOCAL TIME, November 10, 2016 and must be submitted to April Hannon, Business Management Services Office, Room 8810, Denver International Airport, 8500 Pena Blvd., Denver, CO 80249.

Pre-Proposal Conference: A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at 8:00 AM, October 12, 2016 at the City Conference Room, located in the Jeppesen Main Terminal, Level 6, west inner core.

Minority Business Enterprise and Women Business Enterprise Participation: The project has been reviewed by DSBO and it has been determined that it is not subject to the DSBO Ordinance and therefore will not have an M/WBE goal assigned.

While the work performed under this contract is not subject to the DSBO Ordinance, the Director of the Division of Small Business Opportunity encourages all participants in City projects to seek independent partnerships with SBEs, MBEs, WBEs, and other business enterprises in supply chain activities, prime/subcontractor partnerships, and joint ventures for all contracts and purchase orders.
