NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Denver, Colorado June 15, 2018

The Department of Aviation, City and County of Denver (City), has issued an Invitation for Proposals for the Airport Operations for project named above. Complete contract documents, including specifications, are available on the Denver International Airport (DEN) Contract Procurement website on or about June 15, 2018 at: http://business.flydenver.com/bizops/rfp.asp

SEALED PROPOSALS will be received no later than 2:00 P.M. MDT July 16, 2018 and delivered to the attention of Jessica Encinias, Contract Administrator, Airport Office Building (AOB), Room 8810 at Denver International Airport, 8500 Peña Boulevard, Denver, CO 80249-6340.

Proposer shall submit two (2) hard copies and seven (7) electronic versions on flash drives of its proposal in response to the Narrative Proposal Contents (Section IP-8) and all required Proposal Forms, indicating Contract number, Contract name and Proposer’s company name.

A PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE is scheduled for 11:30 AM MDT June 22, 2018 in the AOB 10th Floor Conference Room, Denver International Airport, 8500 Peña Blvd., Denver, Colorado 80249. Upon arrival please check in with the receptionist in the AOB and wait until a City Representative arrives to escort you to the conference room. At this Conference City representatives will explain the opportunity and set out the City’s expectations. To ensure transparency, all questions must be submitted in writing by 2:00PM MDT July 2, 2018 and will be posted on the Contract Procurement webpage. City representatives will not answer any telephone inquiries about the RFP.

GENERAL STATEMENT OF WORK: The qualified contractor will maintain DEN’s current Automatic Dependent Surveillance Broadcast (ADS-B) vehicle transponders with the Federal Communication Commission and Federal Aviation Administration as well as provided software that will allow DEN Operations to view, track, and record all ADSB transponder movements on the airfield both vehicle and aircraft transponders.

MISCELLANEOUS: As its best interests may appear, the City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities in proposals. The work under the Contract is subject to minimum wage rates established by the City and County of Denver Career Service Board.
