NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Denver, Colorado September 23, 2019

The Department of Aviation, City and County of Denver (City), has issued an Invitation for Proposals for the Business Technologies project named above. Complete contract documents, including specifications, are available on the Denver International Airport (DEN) Contract Procurement website on or about September 23, 2019 at: http://business.flydenver.com/bizops/rfp.asp

SEALED PROPOSALS will be received no later than 2:00 PM MDT October 25, 2019 and delivered to the attention of Jessica Encinias, Contract Administrator, Airport Office Building (AOB), Room 8810 at Denver International Airport, 8500 Peña Boulevard, Denver, CO 80249-6340.

Proposer shall submit one (1) hard copy and one (1) electronic version on a flash drive of its proposal in response to the Narrative Proposal Contents (Section IP-6) and all required Proposal Forms, indicating Contract number, Contract name and Proposer’s company name.

MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE will be held at 11:00 AM on October 3, 2019, in the City Conference Room Main Terminal 6th level, Denver International Airport, 8500 Peña Blvd., Denver, Colorado 80249. At this conference, City representatives will explain the opportunity and answer questions regarding this RFP, including any written questions submitted to the City prior to the conference.

To ensure transparency, all questions must be submitted in writing by 2:00 PM MDT October 11, 2019 and will be posted on the Contract Procurement webpage. City representatives will not answer any telephone inquiries about the RFP.

GENERAL STATEMENT OF WORK: The Department of Aviation for the City and County of Denver is requesting proposals for a full range of IT Professional Consulting Services Consultants to assist in the effort of developing, maintaining and optimizing existing and new IT systems.

MISCELLANEOUS: As its best interests may appear, the City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities in proposals. The work under the Contract is subject to minimum wage requirements established by the City and County of Denver Career Service Board.
