Below is a preview of upcoming business opportunities by type of procurement at DEN in advance of their formal advertisement. The required Future Opportunity posting duration may range from a 30 day or 90 day posting. The City and County of Denver Small Business Office will assign appropriate M/WBE/DBE/SBE and/or ACDBE goals and other requirements to each contract when advertised per the Construction and Purchasing ordinances adopted in 2014. Any applicable goals will be in the project description.
Asset Manager of DEN RMU Kiosk Program and Terminal Redevelopment Temporary Operations
Denver International Airport (DEN) will be conducting a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) competitive selection process for an asset manager to manage a Retail Merchandising Unit (RMU) and kiosk program, consisting of specialty retail concepts in common areas of DEN concourses, and food and beverage concepts in common areas of the Main Terminal (as it undergoes redevelopment). Agreement term is anticipated to be seven years. The Division of Small Business Opportunity Office has established at 30% ACDBE Goal for this opportunity.

Pena Station Next - South Parcel
Seeking a qualified commercial real estate development team to construct, operate and maintain a multi-tenant
retail center (The Project) located on land owned by DEN. The specific parcel is approximately 3.8 acres located at the Southern portion of the existing development called Pena Station NEXT (PSN) between 56th Avenue on the South, First Creek on the North, RTD A-Line Tracks on the West and Future Telluride Street on the East. PSN is an approximately 400-acre master-planned community located in Northeast Denver, of which approximately 60 acres is owned by DEN with the remaining land owned by private entities. Existing development at PSN includes; the 61st and Pena Station RTD Commuter Rail Station, 800-space RTD Park and Ride lot, 110,000 sf Panasonic Enterprise
Solutions North American headquarters with 250 multi-family units and 225 room hotel rooms currently under
construction. Goals will determined by the Division of Small Business Opportunity (DSBO) at a later date.
