Below is a preview of upcoming business opportunities by type of procurement at DEN in advance of their formal advertisement. The required Future Opportunity posting duration may range from a 30 day or 90 day posting. The City and County of Denver Small Business Office will assign appropriate M/WBE/DBE/SBE and/or ACDBE goals and other requirements to each contract when advertised per the Construction and Purchasing ordinances adopted in 2014. Any applicable goals will be in the project description.

Pena Station Next - South Parcel This project will select a Master Developer through a Request for Offer (RFO) for the South Parcel site located at 56th Avenue and Pena Boulevard. This site will be offered as a ground lease opportunity with a negotiable term. Anticipated uses for the site may include multiple uses as following: Gas Station & Convenience Store, Quick Service and Fast Casual coffee or food, Sit-Down restaurant or Other retail services Denver International Airport (DEN) Real Estate department is seeking a qualified commercial real estate development team to construct, operate and maintain a multi-tenant retail center (The Project) located on land owned by DEN. Potential developers will have the opportunity to select all or a portion of the 3.8-acre parcel. The specific parcel is approximately 3.8-acres located at the Southern portion of the existing development called Pena Station NEXT (PSN) between 56th Avenue on the South, First Creek on the North, RTD A-Line Tracks on the West and Future Telluride Street on the East. PSN is an approximately 400-acre master-planned community located in Northeast Denver, of which 60 acres is owned by DEN with the remaining land owned by private entities. Existing development at PSN includes; the 61st and Pena Station RTD Commuter Rail Station, 800-space RTD Park and Ride lot, 110,000 square foot Panasonic Enterprise Solutions North American Headquarters with 250 multi-family units and 225 room hotel rooms currently under construction.
