The Great Hall Project is a truly transformational project that will deliver substantial improvements across a wide range of areas of Denver International Airport’s Jeppesen Terminal’s Great Hall. The project will:

  • Improve airport safety and security
  • Rebalance processing facilities to optimize the terminal for the future
  • Transform the passenger experience
  • Enhance operational efficiency
  • Optimize space to increase revenues
  • Upgrading aging systems, facilities and conveyances

This exciting Public Private Partnership (P3) project has a carefully phased four-year construction program led by Great Hall Builders, which will include upgrades for the entire Jeppesen Terminal, including escalators and elevators, restrooms and other infrastructure that is now more than 22-years old. This will be followed by a 30-year operational period during which Great Hall Partners will be managing the concession operations on levels 5 and 6 of the terminal within this new world-class environment.

As part of the vision for the Great Hall Project, the Great Hall Partners and Great Hall Builders are committed to utilizing local subcontractors, suppliers and concession vendors including Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (ACDBEs) and Minority/Women-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE).

The team looks forward to working with local firms, especially certified firms, as part of our commitment to the development and utilization of small businesses in the regional area.

The City and County of Denver's Division of Small Business Opportunity has established the following MWBE participation goals on this project:

  • 33% of the Design/Professional Services costs
