The PVC programís goals are to identify those concessions that, within their assigned merchandise categories, achieve and maintain the highest levels of sales, given their leased square feet, while also considering their concourse locations. Additionally, the PVC program seeks to recognize concession sales growth, recognize customer service, and maintain concession agreement compliance. Concessions distinguishing themselves in these areas will earn the PVC Program Benefit for their respective concessionaires.
Each month, concessionaires have the opportunity to obtain Financial Performance and Customer Service scoring points. The reports for the current year are updated monthly.
